We will update this page as soon as we have a resolution. This is something to try if you’re anxious to move into mSecure but is not necessary if you can wait for a real fix. Use a text editor to convert single and double quotes to another character within the exported CSV file OR go through the data in PWP and remove all quotes. Even if you don’t plan on using the Mac going forward, you can just use it for the import, then sync and log into the Windows version and things should work correctly.** **It does appear that the issue is only on mSecure Windows so if you have even temporary access to a Mac, you can try to do the import into mSecure Mac. We will post here when it is available along with instructions on how to “clean up” the old import before you import again so you don’t end up with duplicate entries. They are submitting the fix to the Windows app store and hope to have it approved by mid-week. MSecure worked through the weekend and has fixed the import issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are confident a solution will be ready soon. In the meantime you can continue to use Passwords Plus. If you emailed DataViz (Passwords Plus) for support on this issue, you will receive an email when it’s ready. mSecure wants to be sure all the issues are fixed before releasing. UPDATE 2 (April 27): Looks like the fix will be closer to the end of the week (4/29) or beginning of next week (week of May 2). – Go into the Trash and select all again and hit the trash can to permanently delete them. – Click on one entry in the list, then do “control A” to select all, and delete them (there’s a trash can on the upper right). If you did an update earlier this week and only got SOME of your passwords, then you should delete them so you don’t end up with duplicates. If you have NOT already imported, you should follow the import instructions here. FIXED! The latest version in the Windows Store is 268 and fixes the import issues.
